Custom Orders are truly my favorite aspect of creating! Each piece is a unique reflection of your individual style and personality. Whether you have a specific fabric in mind, desire a unique Kitsch holiday headband, or wish to collaborate on a more elaborate design, rest assured you are in capable hands. I am dedicated to bringing your vision to life and crafting a stunning, one-of-a-kind headpiece that embodies your essence. Let’s create something special together!
Please allow up to six to eight weeks minimum for production and shipping.
For all fabric-made items, there is a $5 custom order fee + cost of the item as listed.
Item(s) must be paid for in full prior to fabric order being placed.
We custom print a majority of our fabric from US based printers that pay their artists directly.
Shipping is the same as any fabric item in our shop.
Rush orders are not available as printing times vary.
For all custom Kitsch Holiday Headbands + floral pieces, pricing starts at $50 depending on size, additions and special requests!
Shipping ranges from $15 - $40 depending on size, weight and delivery method.
Rush order available for turn around time in 10 business days + shipping time for $20 (this rate does not include rush shipping, this is only applicable to my time to rush in creating the piece!)
All custom headpieces require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee of the project total.
I do not start this order until this retainer fee is received!
When the custom order is finished I will get a shipping quote and email your updated invoice asap. I require the remaining payment + shipping within 48 hours, this is especially imperative for Rush Orders! Payment can be made via PayPal (please select ‘friends/family) or Venmo, I will email with further instructions and your invoice once you fill out the form below!
I love to send progress photos but prefer to do so once the piece is finished. Items are handmade and/or sewn/hand sewn. This is a one-of-a-kind piece made by a human, not mass produced. At this time there are NO refunds or exchanges on custom orders. If there is something on my end with the production I will do my best to fix it, but I take care in shipping so that there is no damage and will know the difference.
